We are currently recruiting for the following positions
Security Program Manager/SME
Location:
Washington, D.C.
Qualifications: Minimum BSEE or BSCS or an additional 4 years of IT experience. CISSP or a GIAC certification a must.
The Program Manager/SME will be available to track and resolve any personnel, support, delivery, and technical issues which may arise on the program and will commit the necessary Contractor resources to resolve any problems. The Program Manager will be responsible for submitting weekly and monthly activity reports to the COTR. The Program Manager will be an information security expert who can provide guidance to the Agency project team, and occasional direct support if necessary. The SME supports the Agencies Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in adopting the agencies Information Systems Security Program with OMB A-130, FISMA, and FIPS 200/NIST 800-53/53. A implementation and oversight in the seventeen mandatory control areas, including Access Control, Awareness and Training, Audit and Accountability, Certification, Accreditation, and Security Assessments, Configuration Management, Contingency Planning, Identification and Authentication, Incident Response, Maintenance, Media Protection, Physical and Environmental Protection, Planning, Personnel Security, Risk Assessment, System and Services Acquisition, System and Communications Protection, and System and Information Integrity. Ongoing management of Information Security Services contract budget,'" tracking on a monthly and quarterly basis and raising issues as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- A strong IT background, including experience in security related programs (15 + years)
- Must be organized, goal oriented, and a self-starter.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications,'" Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Ability to maintain project plan thru ought project cycle is critical.
- Strong working knowledge in Federal information system security regulations, (OMB/NIST) including but not limited to NIST 800-53 and 53a, and FIPS 199
- Experience and strong working knowledge in the development, implementation and maintenance of the system development lifecycle methodology security deliverables, including SSPs, Risk Assessments, C&A Packages, and NIST Framework Security Self Assessments
- Minimum of 5 years experience developing SDLC IT Security documents
- Strong analytical experience and abilities and effective written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record of working with ISSO and senior management to include preparing and documenting analysis for major decisions
- Ability to lead a diverse Information Assurance team
- Ability to manage client expectations and produce products that demonstrate results
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively, listen to alternatives, and develop consensus solutions
- Experience in providing ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to both internal Risk Management and Information Assurance teams.
- Ability to coordinate and schedule of Information Assurance team resources and tasks in support of client security initiatives. Assisting in prioritization of all project requests made of the agency Risk Management team.
- Working quickly and efficiently to ensure project task accuracy and driving resolution of issues and constraints.
- Identifying and resolving problems, project changes and resource constraints, escalating to management as necessary.
- Address Resourcing requirements for the agency Risk Management organization and act as the liaison with external groups on staffing requirements and requests.
Experience:
CISSP, PMP is required. Bachelor Degree . Direct Project Management experience in the Security field is a plus.

Information Security Engineer
Location:
Washington, D.C.
Qualifications: Minimum BSEE or BSCS or an additional 4 years of IT experience. CISSP or a GIAC certification a must.
Technical information security professional who perform hands-on tasks in security assessment, risk analysis, security architecture and design reviews, technical solutions, testing, and operations for clients infrastructures. Will be a member of the engineering team providing services and solutions to clients. Will be expected to interact with clients, IT staff, and team members in order to help define and achieve information security objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Must have a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Information Security roles, 5 plus years total IT experience preferred.

Experience and strong working knowledge in the development, implementation and maintenance of the system development lifecycle methodology security deliverables, including SSPs, Risk Assessments, C&A Packages, NIST Risk Management Framework and Security Self Assessments

IC-Incident Response Center (IC-IRC) Support Analysts
24/7 (Shift Work)

Qualifications:
Must be DoD 8570 Technical Level III certified within an established timeline with certification in at least one of the following:
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- SCNA (Security Certified Network Architect), GISO (GIAC Information Security Officer), GSE (GIAC Security Expert)

Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide IC management of security events, dissemination and reporting of cyber related activity, vulnerability/risk management, and other tasks as defined under instruction of the office of the DNI through the Chief, IAPC
- Responsible for correlation, reporting, analysis, dissemination, and auditing of security related information impacting IC networks, systems, or personnel
- Provide day to day operational cognizance of the IC Spills application to include:
- Incident data flow, oversight of response, content, and remediation, contact with IC organizations to ensure timelines and response are consistent with IC policy, deliver reporting and on an as needed basis as defined under incident management instructions within IC guidance, deliver metric reporting and data management processes as defined by the office of the ADNI, provide assistance in development and maintenance of supporting systems to the IC mission.
- Provide liaison with IC, DoD, and Federal CND and Incident Response Centers in maintaining understanding of threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits that could impact IC networks and assets.
- Establish process, in conjunction with IAPC staff to correlate security logs, audit, and outage information in ascertaining interpretation of events and incidents occurring across networks.
- Create, maintain, and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all processes.
- Participate in cyber related exercises and forums; document, record, and maintain reports for future reference and continued organizational enhancement.
- Review commercial, Federal, IC, and DOD related sites and portals for threat, vulnerability notifications and documentation.
- Participate in external forums, workshops, and ad hoc meetings as directed by the government staff
Experience:
Must possess a minimum of seven (7) years IT experience with at least 3 years specialized within a CND and or vulnerability management related disciplines.

Vulnerability Assessment Analyst

Must be DoD 8570 Technical Level III certified within an established timeline with certification in at least one of the following:

- SCNA (Security Certified Network Architect), GISO (GIAC Information Security Officer), GSE (GIAC Security Expert)

Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have hands-on working knowledge of REM/Retina scanning tool and/or NetDisco or Linex skills
- Delivers technical support for vulnerability scanning, IPSONAR, IAVA, and IAVA management on behalf of Agency and DoDIIS enterprise initiatives. Provides services designed to detect and report vulnerabilities within the networks.
- Responsible for operation and analysis of vulnerability assessments across all specified networks. Assist in the integration, operation, and maintenance of an enterprise vulnerability assessment capability, as provided by the government staff.
- Provide analysis, risk determination, and full reporting within 48 hours of each executed vulnerability scan. Identify, report, and initiate steps for remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
- Assist in the integration, operation, and maintenance of an enterprise network mapping capability, as provided by the government staff.
- Provide analysis and interpretation of network mapping findings with reports provided to the government staff within time constraints as defined by mission impact.
- Provide technical assistance to DODIIS enterprise personnel in the execution of assessments, procedures, policies for all maintained and operated vulnerability management tools and services.
- Provide subject matter expertise for review of technologies and documentation as directed by the government staff.
- Review, update and /or prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other supporting documentation for all vulnerability tools and services. Provide documentation for all newly fielded tools and services. Provide architecture diagrams for enterprise deployments.
- Coordinate and work with DOD and IC agencies as defined in policy and procedures.
- Assist in the development of training requirements and associated documentation as required by the government staff.
- Represent or support the IAPC in working groups and other assemblies as directed by government staff.
Experience:
Must have eight (8) years IT experience with at least five (5) years specialized within vulnerability management related disciplines.
Education:
B.A. or B.S. degree.
